The Unsafe Building & Premises Board is a quasi-judicial advisory board, which reviews the decision of Building Officials and other departments regarding buildings considered unsafe.
The Unsafe Building & Premise Board meets generally every odd number month to hear cases submitted by the Building Officials or through appeals requested by homeowners or other interested parties. Hearings are held on all properties that require demolition.
