Court offices are located on the 2nd floor of the old courthouse building.
Enter through the north doors of the courthouse annex - no cell phones.

HOURS
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday
Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
We are closed on all major holidays.

PARKING
Parking is available on all three sides of the courthouse block.
Parking is also available in the parking lots to the north of the building.
If appearing for jury duty, plan to arrive early, as parking is limited.

CELL PHONES
Cell phones are not permitted in the courthouse.

NOTE TO JURORS CALLED FOR JURY DUTY:
It is recommended that you call our court Bailiff at 574-935-8768, on the date prior to you appearing for jury duty between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
